Return Process

  Contact our technical support team at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the robot and all accessories into the original industrial-grade packaging to prevent structural or electronic damage during transit.

  Shipment and Tracking

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our engineers will conduct a thorough diagnostic inspection of the hardware; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
