What is the typical shipping timeframe for Unitree robots?
Standard shipping for in-stock robotic units usually takes 7-14 business days. For pre-order models or custom configurations, lead times may vary between 4 to 8 weeks depending on production cycles.
Do you offer international shipping and handle customs?
Yes, we ship globally. While we facilitate the logistics, please note that international customers are responsible for local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees specific to their country.
What kind of warranty comes with a Unitree robot?
All new Unitree robots come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damages resulting from unauthorized modifications, accidents, or water immersion.
What is your return policy for high-end electronics?
Due to the sophisticated nature of our products, we offer a 7-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to units that have been activated.
Are software updates included with my purchase?
Yes, we provide regular firmware and software updates to improve stability and add new features. These can be downloaded via our official developer portal or mobile application.
Which payment methods do you accept for enterprise orders?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For institutional or enterprise bulk orders, we can also process payments via formal Purchase Orders (PO) upon credit approval.
